Terms

DAMAGED ITEMS: Claims for any shipping damage or missing items should be made within 10 days.

RETURNS: Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for full credit, only with our approval. Restocking charges will apply for returned goods not in as-shipped condition. Shipping costs are not generally refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY: Orders placed before 1:00 CST usually ship the same day.
Orders paid for by credit card, money order, cashier's check, or certified check, and COD orders, are shipped ASAP. However, we reserve the right to hold an order accompanied by personal or company check until after we receive our monthly banks statement showing that the check has been paid.
